is my life’s work
For over 30 years, I’ve walked the path of the Healing Arts — beginning as an Aromatherapist and Reiki Master Teacher, expanding into Herbalism, and later deepening into Cardology, Astrology, and Numerology. Every step has carried one intention… guiding women to deepen their self-awareness and return to rhythm.
The Sensual Pause
At the heart of my work is an invitation to stop.
Not to fix.
Not to improve.
To pause long enough to hear what your senses, your body, and your soul have been trying to tell you. This is where you lay down the masks. This is where you come back to yourself.
My Origin
For decades I called it Soulful Living. I moved through the world with a life full of entrepreneurial endeavors – and at the center of all of them was the same quiet thread. Helping women identify, package, and step fully into their gifts, talents, and natural abilities. I was good at it. Exceptionally good. What I did not yet see was that I had spent decades giving other women the container I had never built for myself. That knowing was not self-taught. It was poured into me by a village. West Indian, Nevisian, and Barbadian lineage. A strong line of married men and women who carried themselves with class, femininity, culture, refinement, and grace.
I was raised inside that standard. It became my foundation long before I had language for it. Then September 2021 arrived. I became a widow during my Saturn Return. And when I looked around, everyone who had groomed me, poured into me, and loved me most deeply were gone. The cemetery held my whole village. What remained was a question I could not avoid. If I had been stripped of everyone I loved, there had to be a profound call on my life. I chose to answer it by living in their honor.
I moved through that season the way I have always moved through life – through my senses, through Astrology, Cardology, and Numerology, through the wisdom of my ancestors. Neuroaesthetics – the science of how beauty and sensory experience shape the brain, the nervous system, and the quality of human life – now confirms what I have always known and lived.
Soulful Living deepened into something more embodied, more intimate, more true.
Sensual Living
My heart opened wider – to life, to possibility, to love in all its forms. And with it, a new identity fully inhabited – Sensual Living Guide and Curator. A woman who now guides other women to curate lives that feel good to live. SolLuna Sanctuary is the container I finally built for myself. Everything I was raised to be, everything I have built, and everything I chose to trust after the season that could have silenced me – all of it, in one place, at last.
The Weaving of SolLuna
SolLuna is the weaving of Sun and Moon vitality and feeling, consciousness and soul.
It is the weaving of Spiritual and Practical – like the High Priestess who stands between worlds, bridging the sacred with the everyday. SolLuna is the loom upon which the Tapestry of the Soul is woven.
Your tapestry is not random. It is made up of stories, patterns, and threads waiting to be seen, aligned, and lived out loud. My gift is to help you see those threads, weave them with intention, and live them as beauty, rhythm, and truth.
My Sacred Invitation
I believe Spirituality is not separate from our Sensuality, Sexuality, or Emotionality – it is woven through their very fibers. When we deny one, we fragment all. When we reclaim them, we become whole.
As a Ritualist, I design and embody intentional practices that transform the ordinary into the sacred. Ritual is not about religion or empty repetition – it is about creating rhythm, meaning, and beauty in everyday life.
Through Astrology, Herbalism, and Sensual Living, I guide women into self-awareness, intimacy, and freedom. This is not performance. This is not about fixing yourself. This is about living rooted, sacred, and real – every single day.
